The Homes and Permits We Handle in West Hills
Built to Perfection is based on Victory Boulevard in Canoga Park, the street that forms the southern edge of West Hills, so our crews reach local job sites in minutes. West Hills split from the western part of Canoga Park in 1987, and we have built and remodeled on both sides of that line for years.
Most homes here are mid-century ranch houses or larger two-story builds from the 1980s and 90s, with bigger lots toward Valley Circle. Ranch homes usually call for kitchen and bathroom remodels, open-layout wall removals, and additions, while larger properties lean toward whole-home remodels, second stories, and detached ADUs.
